Women in Business Conferences: 11 You Must Attend This Year

women in business conferences

Did you know that…

Women are starting 1,072 new businesses per day?

Women-owned businesses generate $1.6 trillion in revenues?

The number of women-owned firms has grown at five times the national average (45 percent versus 9 percent)?

Since 2007, 79 percent of new businesses have been started by women of color?

These findings came from the 2016 State of Women-Owned Business Report from American Express OPEN and show the power and influence that women are having on modern day business. As women, it is vital that we connect with those who are like-minded so that the momentum we have achieved continues to accelerate. One way to stay informed and connected is to attend some of the plethora of conferences around the country. Here are the best that are coming to a city (hopefully) near you.
