Pennsylvania to Require Licensing of Non-Resident Pharmacies

Effective December 6th, 2015, all non-resident pharmacies operating in Pennsylvania must be registered through the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy to conduct business legally.

Governor Tom Wolf signed House Bill 75 into law earlier this month, granting the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy authority to register non-resident pharmacies operating in the state. The Board is in the process of developing the relevant forms and applications for registration.
